Nigerian military doing what it knows best and that is forming superpower for unarmed civilians and violating the law. Later some stupid people here will be asking why Nigerian citizens don't hold the military in high regard. 1 Like |

Farki:No law was violated. the committee is so wrong. You saw soldiers in combative mode en route and you are telling them there is a restriction in an ongoing war area. Wisdom is required in enforcement. 1 Like 1 Share |

Soldier's in three trucks going to Borno and some bloody covid 19 idiots are trying to stop them from entering. What is wrong with this country everybody wants to exercise power. Borno the boko haram infested state is stopping soldiers from entering, what special duty is more than what they are going there for. Or they want the soldiers to come and beg them or show pass to bloody covid 19 taskforce. 2 Likes 1 Share |

This got me laffing "the soldier looked at me and told me he doesn’t care about our ‘useless democracy’.” Is the democracy not useless? Funny covid19 committee, are they attempting to deny the soldiers entry or they want to quarantine them for 14 days... Bloody Civilians... May be they forgot that borno is a war zone, imagine boko haram attacking them at that entry point... People go just die anyhow... |
Re: Soldiers Attack Borno COVID-19 Committee, One Dead by Farki: 9:17pm On Jun 13, 2020 |
Bluffly: There was an order given which they disregarded so people could troop in. The order wasn't for them but the civilians. Threatened to kill civilians which is a war crime. Rammed through a checkpoint killing a policeman and injuring others. Yet you're telling me no law was violated. I swear Nigerians are a special breed of stupid. 1 Like |

Wickedfacts: Hahaha, you really think that a Governor can give commands to a General or the military, oh please. While state-assigned officers can be called upon by the governor, the governor in no way has authority over them, the governors can of course report misconduct to the president, just like any other citizen can do, the only privilege a governor has over the citizen is easier access to the president. |

Farki: In active war zones like Borno, soldiers cannot risk having crowds of civilians around them, the soldiers are not mad, they must have been stopped by the officials for them to act like that. It will be hard to make a case against the military in this situation. |

Farki: I do understand what you are saying, but like what I have been trying to explain to someone else, there is absolutely no time to do that, what if there was a sucide bomber amongst the crowd, they make the best decisions on the spot to ensure they don't get casualties, crowd control is a big deal amongst officers 1 Like 1 Share |

Soldiers did the right thing. They are rendering essential service plz. All these politicians can travel any where at any time. Like the one that travelled to Lagos and was not allowed into Aso Rock by Aisha.. "I don't care about you useless democracy" This one weak me. These foot soldiers are not happy with Nigerian situation. We should be careful. |

Farki: If you've read my comments previously you will see that I said it is only the president that has command over the military, and even the oath says the same thing, and yes if a soldier rapes a civilian he is tried by a different laws from the one that civilians are tried, they have a different system of governance basically, they have code and conducts, and every military man or woman has to abide by the rules, I don't know why that makes you feel bad |
