Every region should present a candidate and let the voters decide. No need for arguments 2 Likes |

Tap0lane: I must have hit a nerve, just look at how angry and bitter you all are in this thread because you can't face the bitter truth. If you believe that Yorubas have a right to be president after ruling for 8 years and another 8 years as vice, then what stops a northerner from succeeding Buhari? He who must come to equity must come with clean hands 1 Like 2 Shares |

Don’t worry OP we will decide your president for you when the time comes, in the meantime keep agitating for biafra, we are pulling for you. But remember to shut up when the grown ups are talking. Nigerian politics is not for you. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

History555: Why didn't every region present a candidate in 1999? Or you think the Northerners were not interested then? Or you think Obasanjo who was in prison could just come out and win? The Yorubas where allowed to win in 1999 just to pacify the region. Every other region supported them, same way every other region should support the Igbos in 2023 for peace, stability and progress to reign. 1 Like |

proeast: Are you talking of the same APC that your ilk labelled as Janja.weed Ewedu and Amala Islamization party? The same APC that you daily rejoice how the SouthEast has rejected such party? You suddenly want to be gifted the Presidential ticket of this same party, and term the valid aspirations of the SouthWest members of the party they largely formed as a betrayal of the APC hating SouthEast? Now I know why your tribe is always wailing. It is a mental disorder that is ingrained in the DNA. 20 Likes 3 Shares |

proeast: Abiola a Yoruba man won an election fair and square and hausa said they would support their Yoruba brother in 1999.. while all northerners stepped down for Obasanjo, Alex Ekwueme contested at the Jos primaries and lost fair and square so don't even go there if you want North to step down for you then let Peter Obi contest and get denied his mandate and later killed then you can be fair and square with Yorubas on 1999 . 18 Likes 2 Shares |

Why are Igbos so obsessed with the south west? Why not come up with your own political plan and pursue it aggressively without dragging the Yorubas into it? If the plan of the Igbo is to support Atiku in 2023 instead of an Igbo person, go with your plan and stop writing nonsense all over the place. Nobody will beat you guys for supporting Atiku. But please, stop trying to use Yorubas as justification for not having the balls to ask for the ticket of a party your people have supported since 1999. As far as APC is concerned, the party will respect established rotation of the presidency between the south and the north. In 2023, all eligible southerners will be free to contest for the party ticket. APC members and supporters all over the country will vote for whoever emerge from the party primary. 26 Likes 5 Shares |

proeast: What manner of political ignoramus is this dude? So the North who were handing over from military rule since ruling from 1979 (20yrs uninterrupted), chose to take an obvious rest, and let the South slug it out. Did Alex Ekwueme, Don Etiebet, Alabo Graham Douglas and others not contest for the PDP presidential ticket for the 1999 election? Are those politicians not from SouthEast and SouthSouth? Did Alex Ekwueme not contest for the 2003 PDP ticket, and lost again to Obasanjo? So, even the PDP ticket for 2023 will be contested by the SouthWest. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Different day same tedious, shameless, cowardly and stale lamentation from Igbos. You IPOBians should man up and stop being cowards. Nigerians are on to your attempt to use cheap blackmail to gain political sympathy. No one is interested in what you are selling. Either compete or shut up. By your silly and cowardly excuse that it is not the turn of the SW, because OBJ was President 13 years ago, we must conclude it is certainly not the turn of the North considering the region will simply continue potentially a 16 year uninterrupted rule of Nigeria if a Northerner competes and wins in 2023. Yet you dont see any Yorubas saying the PDP must not run with a Northerner or that PDP must only cede their ticket to a Yoruba. You lot are cowards and your everyday grovelling and blackmail is becoming really irritating. We are ready to compete against whoever the PDP fields. You too should prepare to do same if sure of yourself and ready to meritoriously battle others for the chance to lead Nigeria. Where the Igbo battle for the 2023 Presidency should begin is with the uncompromising demand that PDP must give its presidential ticket to an Igbo or all Igbos in the Party leave. You cowards should try that blackmail against Your Fulani slavemasters and leave the SW out of your frustration. Yorubas cannot make you President neither can we stop you from gaining that position so I dont know why it is Yorubas alone you face when you should stay in your lane and let us do same. 27 Likes 3 Shares |

OfoIgbo: Bruv, you lot should prepare to do your worst. Yorubas are running in 2023 so start preparing to sell your buttocks to your Fulani slavemasters. We don't care. You are just sinking another nail in your own political coffin anyway because the entire world will witness another show that confirms Igbos as Fulani unapologetic and loyal b1tches for life. Not only did you fail to fight Fulani for the PDP ticket you deserve far more than him, but even worse that you accepted his public humiliation to then be his main slave voters from the South. You will never recover from that damage to your already battered image. Your funeral so be our guest. While at it, start teaching your kids Fulfude i.e Fulani language. You will need it to live as their conquered slaves in the near future. There is nothing worse than a slave showing a slavemaster they are always ready to remain and serve them regardless of any terrible treatment dished out to them. Just ask women who remain with men who beat and brutalize them if those men ever change or stop harming and taking them for granted. That is all that the 2023 election will show about Igbos. 11 Likes 1 Share |
