GMD clearly stated that EH recruitment will be done to fill skillsets not available in the NNPC workforce. NNPC is redefining their needs through a skill set gap analysis.

A crucial point made by MKK was that many of the interviewed candidates did not possess the skills to fill for the interviewed roles. In fact, that's the main reason the EH component has not been concluded. You can't bring in people at that scale and magnitude and start training them. NNPC does not have the time nor patience. Unlike the GTs that they are training and shaping to their standards.

That is not correct. Ask any nnpc Staffs you know. They will tell you the entire NNPC is under staffed. The lack of staff gave suport staff more room to settle for staffs duties, even in sensitive area, since they are the only ones excessively available. For a unit of 36 staff, if you're lucky you see 8 direct staffs, the rest are support staffs.
Couple with the 440 dropped recently. This is what I know. How many staffs are even in the refineries that you are talking about? And who said all the staff will be move out?.

Before the EH was advertised, the space for them were already in existence.
So, keep the faith, our day is closed.

Nor mind them. These new GTs are acting like they have been initiated, as into a cult. There must have been some kind of brainwashing being done in this their orientation programme, I’m beginning to think. I hope from this survey, we are learning what actually happens when Nigerian politicians enter power. That’s what we are seeing here with these new GTs: right from when they got APLS and they opened their own WhatsApp group, they have been acting funny. For their mind, levels don change. I don’t even know why they’re still here: probably to report any of their colleagues who informs us of any development, I guess. My message is feasible to blind and audible to the deaf. Dont feel be too full of urself in life, the lowest staff in my office cnt take 109k. U cant steal in NNPC anymore, dont tnk u can be millionaire over the night. Take life easy. I once swap my job with this guy,when I left my former place.
