What I didn't ask was what the mode of transmission will be; whether by National Dailies or otherwise.

Oga Cavalier, i dont think nnpc will ever publish the names of successful candidates in national dailies. Otherwise, they would have done so with the GTs list to score political points. Established mode of communication is still through recruitment portal, emails and press statements especially via social media handles.
