Chairman suspended remain 20.

Hillard plus other 16=17 had meeting today

All 17 are on the side of the truth.

Giadon is leading the other 2..

Court only suspended the chairman and not the working committee. So whatever decision came before the suspension still stands cos is the agreement of the others. So how can Giadon with the other two now prevail over 17 other members?

Giadon is risking expell. Already his seat is vacant because he went to contest as deputy governor and he had resigned before then. Now is talking of waiver. . But his state party will need to resubmit his name for that position again. Did he do that? NO. They are pushing him and those pushing him will not be able to safe him.

Go to page 2 and see the acceptance to resume duty from APC director of Admin.
He has a valid court directive to serve as Acting Chairman and that's the reason he was granted access to APC HQs

Truth is Amaechi has lost out, he is just another Saraki PDP product wanting to achieve things through deceit.
We all know how that ended. In defeat. Amaechi has been defeated by Magnus Abe in court, in APC NWC by Oshiomhole/Etta, in public opinion by Wike and online by Nigerians as an unemployable man who saw politics as his lifeline. grin grin grin
