Who told this albino that Igbos want an exit? So those with properties and businesses in Lagos should become aliens in their own domain and start being treated as foreigners right?

Nnamdi Kanu is a very selfish human being misleading poor youths cos his father doesn't own a pin outside his village. Ewu!

My brother, if you know what Igbos are controlling in Nigeria, only their enemies would wish for them to go. I'm talking about the successful ones ooo.

The following markets are 90% under Igbo dominance: 1. Ladipo 2. Auto Parts (Festac area),3. Alaba International, 4. Idumota. 5. Computer Village.

From Orile to Badagry, Ajao Estate, Festac, countless Igbo millionaires have bought the properties from Yoruba land owners. Wetin remain?

In these places, even Yoruba people know that Igbos are controlling trade and commerce. Which other tribe has such influence? Yet, Yorubas do not harass them or harm them, so why all these bitterness and hatred!

Airlines go to those airports sir.

However, it may be once a week and may be 2-3 Airlines.
These are determined by the demand from clients to and from those Airports.
It's not due to any acts of marginalization as being wrongly peddled.

Stella Oduah and GEJ would have lifted any embargo on those airports if it's embargo that are making them less busy.

The same is obtainable in most parts of Nigeria.

You will hardly see International flights to and from Ilorin Int'l Airport or Maiduguri Int'l Airport.

As a matter of fact, the few places where you can get adequate and REGULAR air traffic are;

1) Lagos- Commercial Capital
2) Abuja,- Seat of Government
3) P/Harcourt- Oil city
4) Kano- Islamic pilgrimage

All other Airports in Nigeria are not very busy.

i can’t be typing long epistles like you do coz I’m a lazy typist, in all are you trying to imply that the old eastern region is not being marginalized?

It seems you haven't travel outside Lagos b4, because there are many industrialized state with money making opportunities. eg-Imo,Kano,Abia,Rivers,Ogun state etc.

I know Lagos and Ogun state top the chat of IGR but I bet you that Igbo's business ideas is the driving force in Lagos and Ogun state IGR..if Igbo's leave you will notice drastic economic decline in your Lagos and Ogun state.

So Lagos is not overhype. Its where the Igbo runs to to have life!

This I believe and I never mentioned Lagos as being for Yorubas alone. If you follow my posts, I highlighted how many markets and areas controlled by people of Igbo origin. I say this to let people understand that apart from Yorubas, Igbos are the largest stakeholders in Lagos and that those who are clamouring the most for Biafra are those who have nothing to loose.

Too bad you guys always read with your emotions and not your brains
. Honestly, no insults intended.

Very funny, just like saying that someone's a fool and say you didn't mean it as an insult smiley. Anyway, I detest tribalism cos it never moved a society forward.

What is funny about this thread is that the main thing that Kanu said is lost on most of those who have commented so far.

Kanu is talking insecurity, loss of lives and property, arrest of protest organisers, lack of government initiative to stop the killings, the seeming support of traditional institutions for the killers and fact that many people in high office have turned a blind eye to the bloodshed.

But some people are more interested in attacking Kanu, IPOB and Biafra as if they are the problem.

Armed people are out there killing Nigerians and you are busy attacking Kanu who is speaking out against the slaughter of your fellow human being?

When will some people get sense?
Maybe u and ur lord shd look inwards.
Is KANU Nigerian? .....or biafran?
If d latter, wetin consignam with Nigeria mata?

That's another topic entirely.

However, the forces of demand and supply determine the volume of Air traffic (especially Int'l flights) to and from airports.

Airports are just like motor parks for land transportations.

The volume of land traffic in Lagos and Abuja are higher than in the S/East. This is not due to marginalization but demand and supply.

For instance, I wanted to travel to Yobe State by air some years ago but on getting to the airport, they told me that the two closest airports to Yobe are Gombe and Maiduguri Airports.

Gombe was closer to my destination but only one airline was plying the Lagos-Abuja-Gombe routes and it was only on Mondays and Wednesdays!

If it's those market touts and omo onile you're referring to,they harass everyone, even fellow Yoruba, pure water hawkers, landlords etc. I can tell you how many of them I fought when we were building our family home. To an extent you are right. How about the destruction of polling booths in strong Igbo dominated areas of lagos in the last election?

There is something called contextual translation, which you obviously didn't apply as you knew well that I was referring to the South-south, being the major oil producers. Ondo is ND, I agree, but they are still under Yoruba, likewise Abia being under the east. . Since you are a toddler, there you go.

There is nothing contextual in the slave name “Niger Delta” Or perhaps are you Invariably saying there’s ND 1 Which Ondo, IMO and Abia falls into and ND 2 Which excludes the the above states?

You obviously have no knowledge of the geographical zone called South South which you mentioned.

You are an Afonja masquerading as South South

Bros, tribal politics has sunk Nigeria. I don't see a recovery in the next 100 years, we are best suited to be good neighbours.

In as much as the Igbo's has investment all around the country but I must say they r doing the right thing by pushing to break out of this country. I am also from the North but I am tired of the games the Hausa/Fulanis r playing with the future of Nigeria. How can a single region/ tribe hold the country at ransom, whereas we have other regions with competent people that can give the country a good leadership but they r denied? The Igbo's n others r not regarded in Nigeria. This is pure wickedness, I am in support of their move to break loose.

I know it has affected us real bad. But tell your people that that Yoruba woman, that Yoruba man in the area, on the internet, is not the enemy.

We have promoted tribalism too much in this country that we prefer our tribesman even when he is useless to us. Just to carry the name up and down with nothing to show. Even the Hausa-Fulani, what have their masses benefitted from 2 terms of Buhari? Nothing....

There is nothing like "principal actors" my friend. If you are not the president you are a mere "actor" just as you said.

Concerning history, I am not a regular person you see around who would only know his history when he or she is taught in school....there are alot of things to read free of charge on the internet and history is not excluded.
