And he gathered the stats after 2 seasons with his highest goals in a season being 23 (9 from the spot) in 41 games while Osimhen has 18 goals in 38 games but for some reason he isn't worth 60mil

If you're saying that the financial crisis is the reason why Osimhen should not have that price tag we for understand but if Pepe stats justifies his price then Osimhen's stats also justifies his

You are the one bringing Pepe into this argument..

Arsenal had to pay 70m for Pepe because they don't know how to do business... The same way Barca wasted money On Dembele and Coutinho..

If we are to use stats to judge, then even Van Djik wasn't worth the money Liverpool paid for him..same with Maguire..

James Igbekeme is on the bench yet again for Zaragoza. Eguaras, Soro and Guti all start.

Valentine Ozornwafor also starts from the bench for Almeria.

It's Zaragoza vs Almeria coming up in about 34 mins.

I want Almeria to slump for Huesca, they don't look like they are gonna retain Ozor, otherwise, I am tipping either clubs for a place in laliga next season, with Zaragoza and the run away leaders of the Segunda division

Are you insinuating he does nothing significant for the SE?

He runs around for 90 minutes but in the end he doesn't create chances or assist or score or become SE top destroyer so what exactly does he do?

This is not about who told me , or do you think I am blind. You always sound like......lol.

Nwakali is a legit AM and CM because he organizes and create clear cut chances. Stop getting all emotional
.

Nwakali at best is a DLM and at most a CM/RW. I have watched him played in the U17, U20, U23, Dutch div 1&2, and Porto B. Save the argument bro. The man you quoted have said it all.

Obinna Nwobodo has a big game today against league leaders in Hungary, Ferencvaros. Watch out for that game. wink

Frank Onyeka is one we hardly talk about here but lad is really a decent prospect. Seen him a few times in action. Not a bad CM potential. Just needs to leave Denmark to show what he can do at a level higher than the Danish Super Liga.

ChrisKels:
Six Midfield players ready to hit the headlines

°Ovie Ejaria (Reading): Ovie is the next player expected to get a call up to the Super Eagles. Having switched allegiance from England to Nigeria, the Under 20 world cup winner has been lighting up the English Championship. He is signed to Liverpool but with Reading on loan

°James Igbekeme (Real Zaragoza): James will most likely be playing in La Liga next season as his club are currently 2nd in La Liga 2 and in the automatic promotion places. He was a former team mate of Oghenekaro Etebo at Warri Wolves. The promotion to La Liga will most likely raise his profile next season, fingers crossed.

°Frank Onyeka (Midjylland): Frank's rise in fortune coincided with Paul Onuachu's move from the club to Belgium. Both moved to Mitdjylland from FC Ebedei and Frank is now bossing the park in Denmark. He is a move away from hitting the headlines. A move in 2021 will see him hit the headlines.

°Kelechi Nwakali (Huesca): Kelechi has had a forgettable 2019 and by yesterday had endured 15 months of no club football. He came on for Huesca yesterday for 13 minutes and gave a good account of himself. This followed on from appearing on the bench in the game before. Kelechi has an outside chance of promotion to La Liga as the club is currently 4th in La Liga 2 and will compete with 4 other clubs for the final promotion spot. Whatever happens, promotion or not, it looks like Kelechi is finally back

°Alhassan Yusuf (Gottenburg): Yusuf is getting rave reviews in Sweden and is being touted as a transfer target for a lot of clubs across Europe. This summer will be interesting when the transfer market opens

Obinna Nwobodo (Ujpest): Obinna has now outgrown Hungary and a move to mainstream Europe beckons. The 2015 Under 20 Nigeria midfielder is ripe for a move and to showcase his skills on a larger stage.

You said this
And let's be honest,Osimhen's stats aren't exactly spectacular enough for him to be worth that much...

That's why I brought Pepe into the argument but you were trying to justify Pepe fee with his stats

Almeria and Huesca are both in the promotion playoffs spots so if they don't make it into the top 2, they would have to slug it out with two other teams for that one slot to La liga joining the automatic top 2. Time will tell.

People have assists from deep in midfield, if he was that creative he would find a way to create from anywhere on the pitch

Okay. And that makes him unreliable? And vs Azeez?

We forget Afcon so fast. He aint no hero to me, but don't dare underplay his significance on the field of play for the SE.

3tourneys now and he's proven himself well. I'd love to see Azeez in at least 1 tourney outdoing what he currently does and you can shoot as you like. He didn't cause the fk that denied us a chance at the trophy o. Isokay

I am a big fan of Azeez, I hate players dilly dallying, holding on to the ball unnecessarily the way Etebo does, instead of going for a simple pass

Exactly, I remember him being the culprit for the 2 goals conceded against Ukraine.

@bolded... Please Dave. No dey remind pesin of this kain thing naa. That was Ndidi's one bad moment in that game. Very very crucial moment. He's still one of our very best players and possibly the one Super Eagle of this new generation not far from World class status but in that very moment, his error cost us. He remains one of my top favorite players in the team shaa. I believe he has learnt from it.
