You don't seem to have issues with ovulation...I don't think you should take it. As long as your other tube is clear, just take your regular prenatals or folic acid and you'd be fine.

Good evening Mamas, please does anyone know of a good diagnostic centre in Lagos where I can do hsg with local anaesthesia? I did an hsg last month at Union diagnostics Ikeja and it was a horrible experience for me. The radiologist was late, came like almost 2 hrs after I registered. Then the procedure was extremely painful. Almost 30mins of horror. Report came back indicating that I had SIN (Salpingitis Isthmica Nodisa), a kind of billateral tubal blockage. I want to do a repeat test to get a second opinion. I don't think I can go through the pain being conscious, so I need recommendations on where I can get it done and costs. Thank you

Go to Echo Lab at Ikeja, you won't feel much pain and their equipments are top notch. Two ladies I know went and was pleased with them. You can browse about it online. May God show you early mercy so this 2020 won't pass you by for BFP. AMEN.

Mummies, try to baby dance even during your period. Know your exact ovulation day, cut down on anything fat and always chew cucumber and carrots. Ugu is good too, put it in most things you cook, even jellof rice, when the water is dried, put ugu ontop and allow to heat up for 3 minutes. If you don't know your exact ovulation day, use ovulation test kit to track it. You can come pick up if you are in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Asaba. Send a whatsapp 08091442223 or call. just throwing this out there..
inside the tubes are fine hairlike structures called cilia, that aid the movement of the egg inside the tubes, if they are damaged, they hinder conception as well, or even lead to ectopic pregnancy , as the egg remains stationary in the tubes. infection, pid etc may damage this cilia

Hi sis, ovulation is likely to happen if your follicles measure 18 mm - 30 mm.

Maybe you should also run a hormonal analysis.

Dear mama,you might need to speak to your doctor about inducing ovulation in your next cycle or increasing your dosage if you're on drugs already.

Hmmm it's a long story. Last year August I went for semen analysis I was told i have zero sperm count (azoospermia) due to staph infection. I never loosed hope I started eating garlic and taking honey everyday it got to a time I stopped so January this I went for another test again there was improvement but the count is still low 9.5million and low motility. The doctor told me to buy addyzoa I used it for 1 month nothing still happened. I never still loose hope so on the month of may I went to a hausa herbs man. Both you and your husband should visit the hospital and see a gynecologist for evaluation.

First of all register in an hospital with good gyneacologist. You will be asked to go for some test which usually are HSG, Hormonal profile , pelvic scan ans Seminal fluid analysis and depending on the results you can start treatment. It is when you know what is wrong you can start to supplement. There is wealth of information available here that may be of help but you have to identify the problem first.
