The book of Enoch is an uninspired, fallible, apocryphal book full of fanciful tales.
It is likely that the inspired letter of Jude used the same source that the uninspired book of Enoch used.

It's the same story. There was only one flood mentioned in the bible. The raven was first sent to confirm if the land was dry. Later the dove was sent and it came back with the olive leaf. Genesis 7-8
