solgee: I don't think anybody can open blocked account for you. Based on personal experience on opening mine (Fintiba) A live snapshot of u will be taken, a live snapshot of ur e-passport will be taken. So I don't think anybody can do it for you. 1 Like |

Alamz10: Check the embassy leaflet for student, I think it said so. But I don't know if anyone own a E-passport or not, so take it to passport office to ask or ask anyone that knows better. |

Stiflersammy:Please u guys should not bring up this argument again, someone has explained that the Nigerian immigration has been releasing E - passport since 2007. whether it is the standard E- passport or the enhanced E - passport, all are E passports. another even called the immigration to confirm this, so its been explained here already. 4 Likes |

Hello wonderful Nairalanders, thanks for the information shared so far. I want to apply for the German development-related scholarship (DAAD/EPOS) for 2021/2022 academic year. I have thoroughly gone through the application procedures, but I still have few questions. Anyone (either a scholarship holder or aspiring applicant) with the knowledge of application should please help with answers to these questions: 1. It was stated on the DAAD platform that the maximum number of courses available for application by one person is 3. I intend applying for Masters in International health, and there are 3 Institutions available for the course. Can I apply to the 3 Institutions in order to boost my chance? Would the 3 application be regarded as 1 because of same course being applied for in 3 Institutions. Would I be penalised for this? 2. It was also explained that one has to download and fill the official DAAD application form and this, together with other relevant documents, will be sent to schools being applied to. I have done so, but I can't find the link for onlIne DAAD application which would save the applicant's details with them aside the hard copy application. How do I go about this? Your response(s) would be appreciated. Thank you. |

Yes u can apply to 3 different institutions. Different application documents to the 3 schools. 3 different Daad forms to the 3 schools. Regarding your second question, you can only apply for the scholarship through the schools as long as you submit the Daad form with your application together with others requirements as stated by each schools. The schools will forward your documents to DAAD. You don't need to make contact with Daad atall. Once you are selected DAAD and the school that grants you admission will contact you. I hope this helps. Remson23: 3 Likes 1 Share |

SAMWISE94: Wao, thanks for this sir. Is the single letter of motivation, which must take in to account the 3 schools and the preferred order of priority required by DAAD for application different from the letter of motivation to be sent to each school? |

Daytona21: Pick one school out of the offers you have. if you want to wait for all your offers to come in thats your choice but know with Germany we r pressed for time because of slow rate of AD. so ill advice pick out of the ones you have. I did what you're trying to do for UK; I wait for all my admissions to come in but i am not pressed for time. if Germany your only option make up your mind with a school/admission. bear in mind that all admissions will not come at a time or with decision that will favour you. so why risk it. Appointment date is gold; you get only one shot at it. 2 Likes |
