Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting the A5 pro having missed out on the A3x offer on Jumia. But I have concerns with reviews I see here, as there are more demands for new panel or screen from A5 pro users. Advice please.

It will depend on your choice really... download and mess around with couple of those apps on playstore and keep whichever suits you. I find Pro Cam X lite better tho

And with what I'm seeing and enjoying am greatly impressed with umidigi
.
I just don't like the way it switches from 4g to 3g when the network is poor
I don't know if there's a way I can make it stay on 4g without changing.
Anyone?

It switches cos the network fluanctates as reception is not the same at all times, it also ensures that the network is always available to take calls at all times which is the primary function of Ur phone.
If u put it on 4G only, first u will loss the ability to make and receive calls, you will also notice a decline in battery life and lastly, when u experience the network fluanctation, Ur network bars will go off totally, so be careful what u wish for and do with Ur network settings. Cheers �

Phone 0 is SIM 1, Phone 1 is SIM 2.
Then set network preferred type.

Note that you can't receive calls or dail a number on 4G only. Naija networks don't support VoLTE

Connect to a real wifi. Not a mobile wifi hotspot.
If you're setting up for the first time, there's a way to skip.

I skipped it during first start-up
But after I finished setting up the phone it keeps on showing in the notification bar

Enter playstore connected to a WiFi and update all ur Google apps then go back to the page and u should be able to move on... that's what i did for my F2

Nothing you can till you see a normal wifi. It's a normal thing for Android 10 stock.
Someone else can give another suggestion.

mine was connected to my mobile WiFi and i tried it initially but didn't work until i enter playstore and updated all the pending apps b4 i was able to scale through that page
