JUST IMAGINE WHAT TINUBU SAID ABOUT LATE AJIMOBI "He was reputed to be the best and most productive governor Oyo State has had. In this assessment, I concur as do so many others. The numerous infrastructural and public works projects he initiated literally changed the face of Oyo for the better." HUUUM COULDN'T BUILD ONE HOSPITAL IN 8 YEARS AS A GOVERNOR ONLY TO DIE IN A PRIVATE CLINIC IN LAGOS. I am beginning to feel this COVID 19 is a blessing in disguise LET ALL EVIL POLITICIANS DIE

He's still the best if you put him side by side with all his predecessors. Oyo has not been blessed with good governors but despite Ajimobi's rudeness and ruthlessness, his legacies are still written all over Oyo State boldly.
Which legacy? Mention them n stop that rubbish.

Thank you bro. It was even rumoured that he destroyed the famous Adeoyo Hospital n carted away all the good medical equipment bought by Also Akala for Lautech Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso. Govt of propaganda. God shall surely you reward Mr Constituted Authority. NP wonder Tinubu remained silent thrhout the period that Lautech was closed down as a result of the lecturers' strike despite the fact that he was the Pro Chancellor of the University then.

What hardship did he put Oyo people?

I’m from Ibadan and I know the politics of Oyo right from Lam Adesina, Ladoja, Akala, and Ajimobi.

I know Oyo during the politics of Baba Adedibu and what Ibadan went through in the hands of those fellas.

Where are you from? And what moral authority do you have to deny my assertions. What fact do you have?
No wonder you are supporting him becos you are from Ibadan. Is Ibadan the only city in Oyo State. Tell me what he did in other towns? God punish you and your generations.

What was Ladoja contribution to Oyo state besides paying salaries for you to compare him with Ajimobi regime?

Although to be fair to Ladoja, his government was under pressure from Baba Adedibu from series of plot and impeachments to the other that disturbed his government.

I repeat, No governor since 1999 in the history of Oyo state outperformed Ajimobi in terms of governance if you compare them.
Pls keep your opinion to yourself. Have you visited many other towns in Oyo state before drawing your conclusion?

"With his departure, Nigeria has lost an outstanding statesman and one of its most able politicians."

Statesman for who? Someone is still getting lucky. Better go hide under a bunker because a sharp shooter is on the street looking for next victim. The masses are waiting to break bottles.

The only issue I have with Ajimobi is that he was the governor of Oyo for 8 years and could not upgrade UCH or upgrade any hospital there. UCH used to be the hospital rich arabs patronized in the 70s. Is anyone really saying anything good about him other than RIP? This man was a CEO of a multinational oil company. Goodluck to him and his family. I am just sad about Nigeria and these leaders.

I wish you RIP from the bottommost part of my heart and I hope God grant your family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

God gives and God takes!

You are right, though he had his shortcomings as well but he was a very great governor. May his soul RIP.

Do cu you know so many hardship he put people through in Oyo state? Better don't let Oyo people come for you! I want to believe you are not oyo/ibadan base Sha.

I am from Ibadan and he remains the best best governor ever after bola Ige, and that's why we gave him a second term which hasn't happened before since 50 years of Oyo creation

Ask around how he sanitised. Oyo, ask about operations burst
