The problem I am having now is that my bvn details is not correlate with my results name
for example I registered my name on bvn as Zambo Chukwudi Oladeji (not real name)
but the name with my results is Zambo Chukwudi Oluwadadare

please what is the solution with this error

note:
it was act of naivety that make me used Oladeji when I first opened my account because I like the name Oladeji but not included to my name since I started primary school which is Oluwadare

You need to go and swear an affidavit carrying the correct name. Take it your Bank alongside a valid ID card carrying your correct name. Ensure you tell them you want the same correction effected on your BVN.

Continue trying is due to congestion in the portal.

It's requesting for a middle name which I don't have. I only have two names on my bvn and one can input email. Without it, I can't proceed.

I was able to submit at last with 'no education' option after several failed attempts to submit with the 'educated' button.
