I wanted to advise you to focus on the venture that produced the funds used in buying the property.

Try and learn all that needs to be learned in the importation, warehousing or real estate business and don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Don't invest in what you don't understand. Educate yourself before investing in any business, don't use more than 25% of your fund to experiment in a new venture as your understanding and knowledge increases you can increase the amount you invest

You need minimum of N5 million to open a Stockbroking account with Stanbic IBTC Stockbroker, FSDH securities, FBN Quest securities and others.

You can try Chapel Hill Denham, Morgan, CSL Stockbrokers etc

You should have used at least 50% of your funds in money market to buy the last Sukuk, the coupon can then be used to buy money market funds.

They found out that 90% of people in the banking hall are for transactions of 100k and below, it is a way of decongesting the banking hall and for people to embrace the cashless policy

It's a big regret n a great loss to me i didn't get to know about the bond until 2 days to it's end date, was trying to retrieve my cscs , novice me I never knew I could get it done without that. I'm hoping to buy some bonds via stanbic but last time I made enquiry of it, the response was so clumsy that the responder couldn't tell me in clear terms my exact interest. Will give it a shot again when I'm able to visit their office

After that, you can even test the waters by buying shares worth 50 Naira or even less, like 2 units of zenith bank and 2 units of First bank shares
