the main special forces guys usually wear black most times and wear foreign camouflage uniforms at the frontlines! Mostly us marine uniforms

Special forces aka special operation forces are specialized units of a country's military specifically trained for certain missions. In the US, all special ops hopefuls must first pass the Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) abefore selection where they are made to undergo training varying from 1.5 to 3 yrs. In fact the SFQC is known to be very grueling and has an approximately 55-70% attrition rate. This is worse for BUD/S training (BUD School for NAvy seals and other devgru units) as sometimes 95% of candidates don't make it. That's why I laugh when I hear Nigerian Army special forces because they think its just a cool term to be used frivolously. In reality, we don't have a committed special ops unit.

I would've written more on what it really takes to be Special ops in other western countries with a serious military but for time and space

I don't understand? Are you saying the US marines are special forces or are you saying that the NA special forces wear uniforms similar to US Marines?

RIP to the fallen guys

We all must be prepared for death from now...its like a work hazard...also the fact that your body may be so mutilated and that your family may never see it before burial...that's the ugly reality on ground

Let all the kids pining for the North-east ask themselves this question again: "Am i ready to die?"

Realities?
I was in Bama when it was overrun the first time, we trekked through the bushes to kunduga then hitch a ride to Maiduguri.

Some1 was even shot a few metres away from me, bros, seen plenty deaths already. Infact was in Maiduguri during the very peak of this insurgency. When almost every week boko haram will attempt to break into town.

Bombs, AA, RPGs, Tanks, Alpha jets...seen them all in action

Oga, you were running away from the battle scene as a civilian (I take it).

However, after your commissioning, you'd be expected to move in the line of fire and not running in the opposite direction. Different scenarios bro

We do bro.
The NNBS( Navy special forces team) are the best trained special forces unit in the country, though it will be unfair to compare them with thier counterpart in US or Russia. The guys there are the very best of the best, the NN really invested in them, followed by the AFSF(Armed forces special force) these guys to are good most them where sent to eastern European countries for different courses, honourable mention is The 72 mobile task force. The rest including those of the NAF are mass production special forces.
Again to train Special forces for specialised operations requires a very very heavy investment , it takes about 2 yrs to train a US navy seal, infact it cost as high as $2m to train one member of the Navy seals. After their training they're at per with a doctorate degree holder at Harvard. Physical strength and mental toughness is not the only criteria, you must also be very intelligent.
Special forces no be wasa oo!! even in Nigeria here, e dey sweet to hang their badge and wear their uniform but the Koko be say na Bokoharam you dey go face, no time to enter ShopRite impress babes.

We are saying the same thing bro

We don't have the luxury of time and resources to really train special forces op for more than 2 years

BTW, do the SBS special ops you mentioned take their cue from the US Navy Seals?

Yes..
They're more like the Chinese copy of US Navy Seal. They spent up to 2yrs in training both home and abroad.

HBP is the single major health issue that flags down majority of candidates during medicals, I did a lil research on lowering BP and even experimented it and the results were instant and astonishing.
Aside Moringa which is also very effective I noticed that Garlic is also very powerful, infact one of the major benefit of Garlic is lowering of BP, it's so effective that it can work wonders in minutes unlike Moringa that may take 1 week to get results though moringa will also crash your sugar level drastically if not controlled your BP may go dangerously low causing another problem for you. But this isn't the case with Garlic.
Key ingredients
1) Lemon
2) 2 bulbs of Garlic
3) I glass of Warm water

Preparation
Crush the garlic and pour it inside the glass of water for 2mins then squeeze the lemon into the mixture and stir.
Take this on an empty stomach, your BP will go down almost immediately.
The result is magical. Chewing a glove of garlic 3x a day will also yield same result but the odour and stench from your mouth fit disqualify you grin
If one can prepare this before going for medicals it will shield you from HBP tsunami atleast you can now worry about other things.

Another option is to buy BP suppressant I learnt it lasts for 24hrs, and NA medical team don't test for it, many people that did this scaled through, infact one of NDA regular on this thread used suppressant to escape HBP.

Cavaet
Doing this is at one's own risk because you hide your underlying health issues from the medical team to the detriment of your own life.. What I mean is that you may be cleared only for you to go and die during race or even training, there are many instances where people with health issues one way or the other escaped medicals either via connect or using drugs only for them to die during training. So weigh your options properly.
What of the body odour that accompanies garlic when you sweat? Tell them that one.

Does tension also affect this ECG results or it only affects BP?
When you have high heart beat, it dosen't mean you have hbp, infact pulse rate is different from hbp cos I for one know how high my heart was pounding when i was being checked for bp but my bp was still low infact 120/80, I was shocked i wasn't flagged. So we should have all those in mind. ECG measures the electrical activity of your heart and dosen't in anyway determine your bp.

Not overweight but bmi. My bmi was somewhere more than 28 but less than 29 but my weight was 81kg or so, and I scaled through.
Bmi is calculated with weight and height.
