Son of a gun I know because, well, of my interest in astronomy in general, and the fact that Kenya is a party to it, being one of SA's SKA partners. The thing was conceptualized almost 2 decades ago. Kenya is repurposing radio and TV satelitte dishes for astronomy for now.

Are those the actual images?? Initially it was between China, Argentina, SA and Aussie. SA and Aussie won. Aussie partnered with NZ while SA partnered with few other African nations including Kenya. Kenya is to set aside a sq km of land to host its node.

Additional dishes will be located in eight other African countries; Ghana, Zambia, Madagascar, Botswana, Namibia, Kenya, Mauritius and Mozambique. How ever Botswana and Namibia will get most of it


The global science community was blown away when the first MeerKAT images were produced in 2016 using just 16 of the eventual 64 dishes. MEERKAT is south africa greatest telescope

These include images of a distant spiral galaxy; star-forming regions in our own galaxy; and gas in M83, a famous galaxy discovered in Cape Town in 1752.

Those were troops who died in the frontline, and are in the mortuary before being buried. Sad how rude you’d an be to dead souls, who’s parked hard to keep millions safe. Added to that, Boko Haram wouldn’t be able to ambush them that quickly, if it were an ambush than more than just that room would have been killed because of the super camp system.

You posted meerkat observatory hence why I asked whether the images you posted were the new SKA. All indications are that it has not began, which ofcourse is, very sad news.

Does the bolded mean the bank enquires from the client what their use for forex is? Because in Kenya you can walk to any bank and ask for dollars/pounds/etc and no questions will be asked.
