reduce ur sugar intake cheesy
difficulty in getting hard occurs when too much sugar is in your body system
reduce the way you consume table sugar
ice cream(take yogurt instead of ice cream)
cocacola and fanta
fruit juice(replace with whole fruits)
burger
donuts etc
then exercise your body
