Even if he loses( which is very much unlikely in my opinion, given the wave of defection of key people from the apc in the pdp strongholds ) he's set a record. I was a fan of ambode. I wish he did same in lagos...anyway life goes on. We could count projects he executed within one year which were quite unprecedented in the history of the state. Now that the puppet has replaced him, money-sharing is the order of the day with no projects than destruction of roundabouts in place in the last 14 months. Same people who nailed ambode cos he refused to share money meant for the development of the state are now quiet in spite of the glaring bad roads, heaps of garbage and neglect of projects that have greeted lagos.

Obaseki wants all with him in APC now. It's part of sending out a strong signal to the opposition and the people. Its PDP all the way. If he no decamp he would have been unseated.

In the senatorial polls,pdp had 56,000.APC had 49,000,just 7000.this is a narrow victory in a supposed pdp stronghold.it is not even up to 60% of the votes.it means in the 5 lgas of edo central pdp had an average of 11,000 votes while APC had 9,500 votes per LGA.it is not a good showing for pdp.they will win again but narrowly.in oshiomhole reelection,he won all the 5 lgas..so where is the 90%?

In edo south,pdp won the senate seat by 13,000 votes mostly votes from oredo where ugly obaseki is from and orhiomnwon where pastor is from.he lost his LGA while pastor delivered.
In edo north,alimikhena won with 37,000 margin.this is more than the pdp winning margins in the other two zones which is 20,000.this means edo north gave the highest votes and APC can win with edo north votes alone.obaseki has lost.
