Editing apps are different from camera apps. If you read all tutorials like you said, you will know what you need to be a pro.

Been a while here.
Pictures taken with RN8 and GCAM
First picture was edited with lightroom
Second picture was graded with Snapseed.

Poor colour grading on both photos. They just came out purple.
