Hi, If the spouse is not the PA, you don't need to declare his/her financial obligation I think. As clearly stated on their website only the principal applicant need to supply proof of funds. You dont plan to use his business account for the PoF I imagine. If the PoF was a gift, then get the requisite gift deed as credence. Only PA need to go to bank and get a reference letter in IRCC format. Don't complicate ur application, if a spouse(Not PA) has a loan to settle, he should settle it before u get PR visa with non-PoF money as u may be asked to show the said PoF at the port of entry. Cheers MamaHeaven: |

MayorOfEdmonton: Thank you! I'm the PA with a mutual fund POF so I guess I'm good then. |

Hi guys, this thread has been a life saver. Apparently, express entry is not a walk in the park. Please I have a few questions. First, I had two sittings at o level. Will that be a problem for Wes evaluation and which result is advisable for me to use, I had English in neco and maths in waec? 1 Like |

Exmay02: Lol. Please I have just a few more questions: 1. Is it necessary to attach the statement of account for the mutual funds or will just the mutual fund reference letter suffice? 2. Does the time the mutual fund was opened matter? |

Hi guys! Greetings wonderful people. I would please like to know about IELTS expiry, age and ITA related issues. To be precise, my IELTS expires by end of August which I maxed out, and my birthday is just about the same time (-5 points dancing around the corner). However, If I were to get ITA with the next draw (CRS 476) and my AOR were to fall after my birthday and the expiry of my IELTS, would that constitute a problem with my application? Many thanks Fam. |

markmp01: After you receive ITA, Age Factor becomes inconsequential..With a Score of 476, you should get ITA before August when your IELTS Expires..You are doing well 2 Likes 1 Share |

MamaHeaven: I will always advise that you attach the statement with the covering letter. Some people do theirs without the statement and it fly's... Others sometime get ADR. It all depends on the VO and officer in charge of your file. I don't think the opening date/time the account was opened matter (I stand to be corrected). Attaching a 6 months statement of whenever back should suffice. Note: This was what I did for my application and it was approved. |

markmp01:You must get AOR before your IELTS expires, you can't submit application with expired IELTS.. No issues with age reduction after ITA. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Samuelobiora19: Thanks for this insight. With this in view, would I have to submit my application before my IELTS expires or is receiving ITA before my IELTS expires the condition? Thanks. |

Notarized with a lawyer with his/her seal on the documents that requires a notary public, scan all the documents you are required to scan, we used camscanner, then post the documents required by courier. Follow all instructions, While filling out the forms. ExpressEntry: 1 Like 1 Share |

Francieuche: Tender the cash. Scan all the cash you received all through the period you were working and upload. Or check page one. 5 Likes |

larteephart: Just go the website of the body you want to use to evaluate and read up their requirements. Since page one is difficult, check WES website and note their procedure and requirements. Visit them. 1 Like |

Good morning Elders in the House, Please, if I get a PNP nomination in an NOC different from my primary NOC in my express entry profile(e.g PNP nomination is NOC 0111 and Primary NOC in express entry profile is NOC 1111),do I need to change my primary NOC in my express entry profile before accepting the PNP nomination? Your usual support will be appreciated. Thank you |

You have to submit at least a day before your IELTS expires...don't play with this. Age doesn't matter after ITA. markmp01: |

IELTS must be valid at least until AOR. If it expires between ITA and AOR you must take a new test and submit those scores. If the new score is lower but still puts you above minimum cut-off of the draw, feel free to submit the application (make sure you enter new IELTS TRF number in the application). |
