All of you making comments don’t know how this started.

I contacted him immediately I found out the issue and my mistake.

I didn’t want to wait till phone lands and we start having issues, I told him kindly with two options.

1. I refund now that it’s just still early and phone is even yet to be shipped

2. Wait till phone lands and we try to unlock again but if unlock doesn’t work I will refund

Then he told me he bought unlocked and that is what he is getting

I don’t believe in staying on a problem but rather finding solution.

And he frustrated my effort to the point where I had to start chatting him up like this at.

No problem you will refund him the price his customer paid for the device since the refund dey sweet u for body.

He gave u various monikers who are also into the business of unlocking, which of them have u contacted beside d same person dat did it and it didn't work

Ok fine u said same guy needed 15k but u refuse taking full responsibility to pay for the 15k, u said u have the money but u will not pay abi.

No wahala just refund the filull money the customer (end user) paid to wolfenstein

I know there is no way to please human so I will understand why you will talk as you please.

If I didn’t call his attention to my mistake and phone comes and I can’t unlock it will be a sad one but the last resolution will still be to refund how much he paid and maybe extra for any mistake and keeping him money for that long.

I came out to talk for a phone that is even yet to be shipped so that if refunding was the resolution then it should be done as early as possible.

Ahh. My candid advise is that you contact someone who av unlocked reseller flex policy recently so as to get the phone unlocked.

Reconfirm this method again. If the fellow says you should adopt this method, then go on soun.
