I'm telling you. The issue is they can't even account for free oil money with tangible projects, no power supply since the early 2000s when I was old enough to follow developments. Let me get something right; if your tenacy is #1m, you will pay extra 6%. You pay extra #60000.00 Pharaoh no wicked pass this government. Majority of the load will be borne by Lagosians.....

I am curious to see how this plays out. So tenants are supposed to pay 5% of the rent as Legal fees, 5% as of the rent as Agency fees and still pay 6% of the rent as tax? That's a whopping 16% additional payment. What are your thoughts? Kindly share please.
