Our OS differs. I'm using a Xiaomi device. I'm just saying that SMSC input section is still very much avail on Android 9 except you're referring to stock Android (Android One) devices.

What was your reason for returning the phone?

You can't just return a gadget without any verifiable claim because they have a team that carries out quality checks.

It's clearly stated on their website that if your claims are not verified, they'd return your item to you.

No be today people dey drag Dem for social media.
