Azure is a bit cheap. Set up Linux severs that auto shut down by a time. U can do all Ur stuffs in it.

If u have a fat pocket go for a 2019 Macbook Pro with 32GB RAM.

That is the specs of my laptop and there is no limitation so far. Although I have paid Azure subscriptions and have servers in the cloud to do stuffs.

Lol.. You just one kill the guy. There's none of those that a 4 gig RAM wouldn't run without hanging. He can settle for an 8 gig ram to have peace of mind. I don't know think he needs 12-16 gig RAM. His 100-150k wouldn't get him 12gig RAM.
