Please note according to UKVi is it shouldn’t be more than 31 days on the you submitted your application which which when you pay for your visa. And not from your biometrics date. All these are clearly stated on their websites.

Uber trying to escape the legal obligations of having its riders as employees, and paying holidays and so on, puts Tier 4 students at a disadvantage, because Uber itself says its riders are self employed. Here's a portion of your article.

Sometimes, when I read some comments here, I wonder if people know what they are signing up for when they want to study in UK. It's not like Najia.. it's not easy.. it's a whole new ball game.. you need time to understand the system, build your own reading system and then add work time +school time+study+rest..

And you want to add Uber driver to it.. where you need to be on standby..what if you are attending class and you receive notice to pick up a passenger.. will you keep leaving lectures or after a while stop attending lectures.. I have worked with drivers before. driving is a full time job and quite tiring... it 's unbelievable that someone still wants to defend why they will do this inspite of it being stated that tier-4 can't do it..

Let's learn to follow the rules my people.. it will make life better for other Nigerians coming behind us.. I take God beg una ehn..

Just incase there are Tier 4 students currently in the UK, currently unaware, Home Office has removed work restrictions on Tier 4 Visas for now. There's no clue as to when this will be reinstated, so you should be able to work full time for now.
This doesn't invalidate the rule against taking up a "full-time permanent role" though, so be careful guys. Links below:

I have been trying to call the TB center to book an appointment, but the nos is usually busy. I called at d usual time(8am-11am). It's so frustrating trying to reach them. Please can I visit without Reservation booking?

I think you're mixing it up with the 28-days requirement.
Even though you have to show the money you need for 28 days prior to your online application, the printed account statement must not be older than 31 days on the date of your biometrics appointment, not online application.
You have up till the day of your biometrics to upload your documents so it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, you're right, I also thought so too but situations in which the bank statement was requested again because it was older than 31 days of the biometrics appointment even though the statements were within 31 days of the application made me think otherwise. But in those situations, the funds covering the 28 days prior to the online submission were intact.

Nothing to be alarmed about,

It’s approaching exams season and the issue is directly from UCAS, it’ll begin to work from next week. It’s the same for all uni of Sunderland students.

Yea I know a girl headed to Sunderland campus (October start) and she has been issued CAS. I am not sure what the issue is with the London campus or why they haven’t started issuing CAS. They haven’t been able to give a concrete reason. I am now considering offers from other universities.

I paid full tuition in February while i was in London. I called London campus today to ask about CAS issuance and I got the impression that it’s not certain if CAS will be issued for October start. Something about things not being in place fully or so. They even suggested I transfer to Sunderland campus so I can get issued CAS soon. After the call I emailed them to ask about getting a full refund. I was told it will take 2 working days since CAS has not been issued to me
