I bought it on Feb this, from sb who bought it the upper year.

No, it hasn't. It was bought new and has not been repaired before.

The phone didn't hit anywhere. I upgraded from Miui9 to 11 and it was cool (just that my USB stopped transferring files to my PC but charges only since the upgrade).

The problem started with the back buttons becoming dysfunctional. I met a repairer and he told me the back button cannot be repaired. I had to download from Play Store to use the screen sort.

Soon, the screen started malfunctioning. Like it doesn't touch. There's no physical damage on the phone. Just yesterday as I was contemplating changing the screen and picked up the phone, I noticed that there are rainbow lines in the screen.

I'm afraid of changing the screen if these problems came on their own so it wouldn't come again.

Second, does changing the screen come with the normal back button?

How can I downgrade to Miui 9? If this is the case of my inability to transfer files via my USB to my PC?

This kind of problem is screen issue, since the back button started misbehaving, then the touchpad fused with the LCD is having problem. So it's either the touchpad is changed ( which is not always advisable for xiaomi phones as it malfunction with time) or change the whole screen.


The issue of file transfer I think is your system. Some window 8 /8.1 don't allow file transfer from experience o and windows 7 does and if you want to verify this, put a memory card on the phone and plug to the system, if it recognize the card and your phone memory, then it's the system.
