The compounded growth rate of the earnings, profit, over a period of 5 years can be seen in the financial statement of their Businesses.

That is why you don't invest in a company that is not growing its earnings.

Compound interest case be used in fixed income , real estate, business etc.

A property of N10 million in 2010 that is now worth N25 million in 2020, has a compounded annual growth rate of 10%

If you doubt me, get into with the Registrars of the list companies to give you the capitalisation history of the listed companies from 2003 till date, this will show you the bonuses earned over the years and dividends earned over the years.

1000 units of First Bank in 1994 has grown to 56,000 units in 2020 due to bonuses, Nigeria brewery even gave s better returns

The most important thing is to avoid buying into a bubble in whatever you invest in

Nothing wrong with any of those things, but people need to learn how to do the right thing first. At least even you can see that most times it is just an excuse.

Imagine investing 4m in Nigerian agro sector in august last year when naira was 360 to a dollar. Now it's 470, the capital and returns have lost value. Not much profit earned. Bull crap country

The African descendants lose millions of dollars annually with the western built system, i can imagine so many developed countries where Africans own houses but still have to pay for it for 20 years and after payment they lose it, it should not be happening.

Now the loss is extending to people, it shouldn't continue, Africans are strong and powerful. One of the greatest asset to pass onto the next generation is identity(foreign pp and then cultural identity) then wealth, if someone can do both fine.
