Sure here you go;

1. First step was to make the ground beef same way you'd make it for a dough filling (i.e., sauteing the onions, stirring the beef, then adding salt, knorr, pepper, thyme)
2. Added the plantain and carrots, then covered to cook for some minutes
3. Added 1/2 cup of flour(mixed with 3/4 water) to thicken it
4. Added the Coleslaw last (to prevent it from getting soggy)
5. Ate it

All those commercials soups are usually not that tasty, you will hardly find a good masa spot wey get correct soup. If you want correct soup, it should be the homemade ones, so just stick with the Yaji for now. Maybe when next am in Jos, will see to it
