About how my family practised Islam, I don't discuss my family on a public forum. So don't mention my family when I'm not a public figure and didn't mention your own family first.

All those Muslims from SW, Ijaw, etc. that you mentioned don't practise child marriage and pedophilia because of their relatively higher literacy level and applying common sense (discretion) to Islamic injunctions.

Q.4:59, 4:36, and 4:65 (captured in the images below) are few of such injunctions that command Muslims to consider Qur'an and Sunnah as primary, and use of discretion as secondary.

But the reverse should be the case, Qur'an and Sunnah should come secondary and application of common sense (one's discretion) should come first since what's right and wrong changes over time and isn't universal or absolute.

But educated people don't follow that injunction of Qur'an.

That's why you've lesser cases of child marriage and pedophilia in SW in Nigeria and some other countries in Europe, etc.
