Hi guys,

My Umdigi A5 Pro hangs a lot. Sometimes a call will come in but as I swipe up to pick the call,v the phone will stop responding. At other times, I will casually be using it but the phone will stop responding until I switch off the screen and put it back on.

Pls how can I correct this, it's becoming annoying.

At the this point I want to say you should take a Nuclear Action of factory reset first. Then from there we might know what exactly is wrong.

I'm experiencing the same thing too and my phone is slow charging. I noticed it all started after updating the last wireless update.

I'm patiently waiting for the next update, fortunately it may fix it.

I've already dm umidigi on Twitter.

whoever is using A5 pro should not update the latest software... e get krokro cheesy

Open Xender app with an FHD phone and a HD phone.
Put them side by side and see the difference in the screen display.
