It is time to rejig the entire team composition and sell off all the apparently tired legs. Appointing a new manager may not be enough as some of the players have passed their prime. These set of players need to go and be replaced with quality players. Fresh legs,fresh ideas and fresh minds should be brought in to start afresh in order to get the desirable results.
