"This is just like saying cos Solanke is in Liverpool then he is better". - isn't that the basis of this argument. Forgiveness even said Osimhen will exchange his big transfer to Napoli for sitting on the bench at Man u.

"Pls Show me where that has happened for Onyekuru since Monaco?" - Pls what happened to Moses in his first four seasons at chelsea

ps. why is it all the players you hype go on to huge success ajagun, kayode, ilori, ojo all hits back to back grin

Oh! The same excuse you made for Ebuehi and Onyekuru is what I made for Ilori. What is problem if not you are simply bias? grin

If only you accept Chidozie flop in Ligue 1 and Laliga. grin

Nobi lie na. Nigeria players will want a transfer to an average EPL team not to talk of Manchester United or big clubs therein.

Chidera Ejuke and Terem Moffi will not be sold this season by their respective clubs this window except and undeniable offer comes.

Olulong, you seem to like Ebuehi a lot, you've been following his progress.

grin Who doesn't like Ebuehi particularly after his performance at the last world cup.

Also I'm tired of seeing Shehu and Awaziem as our RB's, with Ebuehi, Ola Aina and Ehizibie we now look covered on the right flank

He was nominated twice and made the shortlist only once and because he won the Premier League playing as a wing back not because he played as a Winger

Wrong! He was nominated at first as a winger.

It is as you say.

But we should never cos of these newbies that haven't been tested in the national setup, downplay whatever good contributions Vic has in the Afcon we won.

I believe we all watched all the matches. Why are many now tryna make it seem like he's a bang average contributor to that Gold?

The argument asides

I'd prefer someone that makes SE clicks and causes fear to opponents, and have an average club contribution over a player that have great stats at club level but is ineffective in the SE setup.

The Musa that gave us 4 important wC goals was ineffective at Leicester... Many would write him off cos of that.... Maybe myself too. But in SE....

I have never downplay Moses' contributions to the AFCON we won. Saying he SINGLEHANDEDLY won the cup for us is just laughable. The AFCON sef was won 7 years ago.
If moses reverses his retirement decision and there is space for him then he will be welcomed. But begging or persuading him to come back is a no no.
He paid his dues already...we should move on.

Im shocked that Onyekuru that is still starting is used to downplay what VicMo has done for SE. Anybody should remove VicMo from the equation of SE and we are back to HBP days. Its just that simple.

I prefer a VicMo that will create goal chances, miss some too, and make us still feel that our attack is lethal and can punish opponents

Than

Have an SE just passing back and forth and attack is very very lame and uninspiring.
Especially as those Supporters Club dry use their trumpets dey sing "He's a Miracle Working God"!!

I don't expect anyone to downplay VicMo's contributions to the SE. He has his annoying side, no doubt.. But contributions wise, the other two still be learners.
Bro..talking of recent matches, where was vicmo against Croatia? The whole team didn't turn up agreed. The little ball we got at the final third ,wetin vicmo use am do? That match vex me no be small. Vicmo, after his impressive showings at the qualifiers was our team's star going to the WC. Tournament start finish, dude was just falling over the place...playing big boy football.

Forgiveness is just going around in circles just to prove that he hasn't lost the argument..

Everybody know that Moses as a winger was piss poor... He couldn't cut it at Chelsea as a winger.. He went to Liverpool,West Ham and Stoke city and wasn't impressive..

He was rotting on the bench until Conte decided to introduce his 3-4-3 system in which Moses was given a chance... Conte left Chelsea and he still wasn't deemed good enough for the wing role...

People saying Onyekuru,Simon,Kalu, Chukwueze, etc haven't achieved what Moses has achieved won't tell you that those players have better stats than Moses when he was at their age..
Onyekuru in particular almost has more career goals than Moses...
What exactly are we going to recall him back for?

I will rather have Ejuke,Saka and Dennis to provide competition for our current wingers...
