Please I need help with my samsung phone,i got a used samsung phone from the states and they made sure it was carrier unlocked,the minute I started up the phone, the data was on and I began to set it up but after the setup I haven't been able to call,text or browse ,whenever I try to on data,it says :security policy prevents the use of data: and I have wiped ,restated and did all sort if resets but it's still the same,
It's obvious it has not been totally unlocked
