Yes, you can use your transcript, see attached screenshot from the UKVI guidance. I also know that people have successfully used results transcript in the past so it shouldn't be a problem.

The 1 page Carrie's the opening balance and the closing balance and it also shows that the money in the account was there from 1st July to 12 August although the day to day running is just from July 1st to 17th. I did my interview and biometrics on the 19th of August then I got a deferred-complex mail today September 1st that my application is not straight forward. Please what can I do next? I dont know which email to send the complete bank stateme

No.

All these people stating that they are ladies as an excuse to say "no hidden agenda" to Mimilyrics... this is 2020 ooo. We know there can be "hidden agenda" regardless of your gender .

But let me face front.

You don't need any upgrade.
When you get to the point of payment, click on page verve.
Use a phone number and email you have not previously used on paga.
Then it will register you as new.
The next page will show where you can put your card details
That's all.

I used this method last night and it worked seemlessly.

You either add more and start recounting your 28days or pay more tuition directly or hope the pounds falls down..... however you cannot submit your application until it gets to 9.1 / less or UKVI will reject you .

The pound has started dropping this week ..maybe due to the opening of the airport so you never know what the future brings

Unfortunately, if you don't have the correct amount of money, you will be refused.
You've only two options: you can either pay more money to your school if you haven't already paid the full fees so they can send you an updated CAS, or you make up the money in the account and start another 28 day count.

@mimilyrics, ha! I didn't add the extra four months oh and just used my course end date..would this be an issue?
We were worried because the amount was less than mine and I tried searching for an answer but it was at night and no one responded.. so we left it like that.
Is there any way to correct this after payment?

Give paga a utility bill with good residential address and they will upgrade you.

I had this same issue, I was issued CAS that states certificate whereas I used statement of result, I wrote back to them and they updated my CAS. Why not write them back stating clearly that you cant get your certificate now due to the lockdown.

I used my statement of result for my application, but at the point of processing my CAS the school requested for my certificate which is not available presently. I went ahead to explain to them how it was omitted from being printed by my school which I believed it was a technical error, eventually the CAS was issued to me.
My question now is, will this lack of certificate not going to affect me during VISA interview? because my school said the certificate won't be ready until November and I may likely appear for VISA interview before November.

They are not supposed to do that.

However, I think the naira is appreciating at least on the parallel market, so that might help your position in a few days.
On the other hand, it might not.

To upgrade to level 3, scan your means of ID, proof of address and passport photo to Paga. However try a Gtbank or First bank mastercard. I had same issur with my Zenith card.

It's not always the same. I had to do a 2nd interview over the phone for about 70mins. Note I said 2nd interview.

Some people have it easier than others.

it is not the day you do walk in that is used...........It is the date that you submit your application online, that the exchange rate used

This is very risky .............. why didnt you check that you uploaded all 5 pages of the bank statement and then why did it take you so long to find out . Showing activity from only July1 st to 17th might work against you . You have to show the full details of 28 days .

You might be lucky but this is too risky

There is a notice on the application page, that once you are redirected to IHS site for payments, you cannot make any changes.

If you have money in another account that has sat for 28 days, you can combine accounts. This is what I did because the exchange rate caught up with me quite a while back, and I could not restart my count
