God have mercy oo. everything is becoming a joke. imagine a graduate can't find his or her bearing whereas others that learned trade or business are doing well. I think it's high time we understand Nigeria's educational system. We were trained as job seekers n not as job creators and until we understand that many courses are becoming obsolete in the 21st century,we won't go anywhere. The educational system needs an overhauling

Nigeria graduates are something else, once they can't get a well paying job with their cert., they already termed it a waste.

Tertiary education is not for getting job alone! The only reason to term your education a waste, is if you do an introspection about yourself, and you found out you've not improved at all intellectually, and just the same as you were before gaining admission.

Then roast your certificate, or even flush it.

This is one of the biggest challenges with the Nigerian society and education. We groom kids with just book and not try to ensure all round development. He should be invited by the university and the certificate retrieved from him.

See ur head like go to farm, the people that shout go to farms most times are not into farming themselves. Crop farming this year is very terrible. The early drought couple with breeze has destroyed many farm, mine inclusive. Till now there is no rain to plough with, many people that took advice from daft like u have run away with tears and sorrow, the little savings they had and enter farming is gone and yet u will still be shouting farming with ur tie but will never resign to have a taste of what u preach

why will it not be miseducation when we have decided to live like animals and the theories and skills learnt in class can not be applied in the real world in Nigeria because there is no law and order. A political scientist for instance is supposed to be an asset to civil society because they are equipped with the skills to crunch data and make projections about political power dynamics - real numbers, not empty grammar or guess work, and advice the government and even politicians on what to do to increase their rate of success
