This Tomori issue is making me wish Fifa creates a new rule that exempts players that haven't played up to 45mins in 2games after debut to be able to switch allegiance fast.

Like, im imagining a destiny tied down with 3mins. Chai.

Even if he still wants to rep England, the rule must be available somehow.

For now this transfer rule seems like a better one. Lets hope it happens fast.
let him stay there, shaebi he does not want to listen to his elders undecided

sometimes you have to be a man and live with the consequences of your decision

barackodam:

grin grin grin

Dele Alli did that, right? Yeah, I get your point. But it's a hard thing for them, really.

Imagine them saying they won't play for Nigeria, England already knows for certainty, so they won't rush.

Look at Tomori. Had he come out to say no to Nigeria publicly. England wouldn't have capped him yet, and he wouldn't be able to play for Nigeria again. The shame, because he already denounced.

Exactly the problem Billing is having. Denmark knows for sure he won't play for Nigeria, there's no need to rush to captie him. And he, he can't rescind his decision again. Shame no go allow am

I think they all know very well, and are willing to risk it. Let's not forget, most of them have never been to Nigeria before. It's very easy for them to take the risk, which they don't even consider a risk sef.

Like komekn says, they prestige that comes with being called an English international is too much to pass on
And then end up abandoned in the near future?

Once a soldier, always a soldier.

They're still "ex England internationals" even though it's 3 minutes.

I'm very sure they know that, and prefer that

Dt is just d reality, wc many of us don't want to admit here....our dreams re different.. Most of those players dt turned us down prefer to put on dt white Jersey for just few minutes and achieve dt "ex England international" Dan winning an afcon trophy with Nigeria cool

From my studies and analysis, and if there is every fairness, Chidera Ejuke is the prime for the LW.

Nobody on the SE current crop has what it takes to displace Iwobi at the AM position.

Of course, he is part of the team but I think those players are ahead of him.

I very much doubt that..

Every footballer wishes to have a successful career both at club and national team level..

Only somebody with a preference for mediocrity will regard 3 minutes of competitive football with a team like the 3 lions as an achievement...

Adekanye was largely anonymous with Liverpool youth team.. it's a fact..

But he is still young..I'm sure Lazio have bought loads of players like him in the past..
Even Solanke got a mega money move to Bournemouth despite his poor form with Liverpool..

Okay,he has one seriaA goal...thats 1 professional career goal..

He is still not better than Bazee by any stretch..

If you didn't know he has a professional career goal, how would you know he was anonymous in Liverpool?

I didn't say he is better than Bazee or did you see me write that?

He never for once made an appearance with the first team..not even for cup games..not even for preseason...

Oscar went to China to cash out.

With or without football, Cashing out is the aim for everyone in this life but having a successful career in football have to do with laurels

Leave that guy..
Let him wallow in in his delusions grin .

Even premier league clubs don't have that much dominance in Europe..
It is money that's making them look good..
With money, they can buy the best players in the.world! ..even at that, they haven't been able to dominate Europe totally.

It is now the championship that's filled with mediocre British players and coaches that's now so good? cheesy

Is it not money that is making Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, Bayern Munich etc look good?
