If the LASG decides that your estate/building is built on a land which the government initially planned to use for drainage/canal, they have the power to demolish it and there is NOTHING you can do about it. Where is the lie? Seems Nigeria keep breeding people that have been psychologically battered such that even if Tinubu say his name is Bola, they will still be mad about it. I like my Igbo people Sha, as much as we have respect for u, we all have brains to think. U sold a land legally, I bought it legally and we all know how much it costs to get land in Lagos, finally u build sth worth millions, the govt wants to build a new road, are they just expecting to serve me a quit notice that I should leave with all the millions I invested. I think all properties in Lagos should be demolished. lagos is canal itself. Any politician in the country who has property in lagos should not try to disrespect Tinubu, lasg may decide to destroy such property based on frivolous reasons |

This is the basis of Lagos Land fraud ..They create brief case estates sell land to unsuspecting non indigenes who want to buy into the Lagos dream , allow them stay on the land for 4 years and then suddenly decide the land is either on a non existent water way or right of way and then they demolish, leave it's fallow for 2 years and then resell to the new set of unsuspecting people |
