Lagos houses are overpriced!! You will be seeing 150 million on houses built on a quarter of a plot. This can build you mansion in other cities like Ibadan with accompanying peace of mind.
come and buy land in Ogun State and perfect your papers. All you need to do is contact me

The only feasible way to buy a house in Lagos comfortably is to pay in installments over a long period of time, affordable mortgage.

I would have recommended hiring a developer to build a commerical apartment on your empty land while they collect property rents for some years to recoup investment, but from personal experience they themselves are thieves!

They will build your house with substandard goods after they are done, you are left to a sorry state.
