Seriously, what is the use of buying Aouar when we have Dani , Guen grin and Elneny in the role. ? The cash should be used to get a proper advanced MF instead. MO

David Raya is currently at #LondonColney undergoing a medical for a £10 million move from Brentford. £7.5 mill basic fee with £2.5 million in add ons. 4 + 1 year deal.

The same source said "I've been informed that Sokratis, Matteo Guendouzi & Lucas Torreira are off to Napoli, Real Betis & Torino for a combined fee of £63 million"

I don't agree with the tag "coward" ó.

Everybody knows Leno will not be benched for him except Leno drops series of disaster class performance over Time ( which is quite unlikely).

I wish him well anywhere he goes Jàre.

I hope Gabriel continues this way. He was massive today.

I don't know if it's just me, but Its looking like Arsenal play with their hearts when they play in an empty stadium without opposition fans shouting their lungs out

My only hesitation with Raya is that he is not tall, he stands at 6'0 only...But the man is agile, decisive, instinctive and fast.

Moving Martinez is the best for everyone. There can only be one goalkeeper and goalkeepers thrive on rythm that come with games. Martinez deserves to be a No 1 starting goalkeeper in the EPL or any elite league.

Martinez deserves better than being called that name. The man came through for us and deserves to be starting for a team in any elite league, including the EPL. He is 28 and at this age, goalkeepers need to have established themselves and that is what he has done to deserve the good hype he is getting.

I remember saying last season that the conversation about who should be our no 1 was legitimate and a tough one that most want to avoid. I wish him all the best.

Baba, don't forget to always include your source.

With Guen and Torreira leaving (If true), it is fair to say Elneny may be staying with us this season.

Actually, the 'coward' label came from fans on arseblog, justarsenal who feels he is too scared to fight for his place. Anyway, he is gone, less headache for Arteta.
BTW, is Macey so bad? dude is 26 already

You're right. He should have been our number 1 this season but our coaching crews know best.

You mean he could be. Leno is a very good keeper and a preferable choice. Emi will be leaving on a high, but it will be difficult to displace Leno. He served well and patiently. I'd wished he stayed one more season but who knows.
