Philosopher1979: We still don't have a platform in Nigeria where these players will carefully and gradually developed to their full potentials, assumed the overseas deal didn't work out. |

Philosopher1979: I have little hope in the 2019 under 17. Tijani and Jinadu are probably the two that might come out |

tbaba1234: The platforms are 1. The national private investors league. It is an alternate league that will start before December this year. It will be by privately owned clubs and it will be televised. 2. Vandrezer fc which is a new club run like a modern European club. It will change the narrative of nigerian football 3. Bafcelona has a football academy licated in lagos. The owners are serious about developing talent in the la masia model. 4. A few football academies now only sell to developmental clubs in Europe and not just any big club. Besides Akinkunmi Amoo and olakunle olusegun will make it because they are in small teams that are focussed on developing young playees. Also the MRI machine is helping as these boys are still young and time is on their side. Players like Musa Muhammed and Alhassan muazum Ibrahim are still under 25 2. |

I like your spirit. . Hopefully we will be spoilt for choices in this era. Hopefully most of these foreign-born players that decide to play for us don't do it cos their quality is just too low to get into the national teams of their countries of birth. lloydtruth: |

What I could get from that is with the exception of Akpogunma, scooping the other defenders would be a MASSIVE coup for the Super Eagles 2 Likes 1 Share |

tbaba1234: The player I want really is Jordan Torunarigha, he I will be an improvement on what we have already. Felix Uduokhai will make a good back up, but I don't rate Akpoguma. Awaziem is a better center back than Akpoguma 2 Likes |

The future is bright. if Leicester coach continues to play Ndidi as a CB,very soon Rohr will have no choice than to follow suit. |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Danielnino00(m): 7:53pm On Sep 15, 2020 |
zuchyblink: Rohr won't move Ndidi to CB because Rodgers is playing him there.. Even if Ndidi plays the entire season as a CB for Leicester,he won't play CB for the SE.. I'm certain of that... 1 Like 1 Share |
