Good evening mamas and papas, Please, I need natural ways to reduce prolactin in men and also increase testosterone in men. I will also need contact of a very good private reproductive endocrinologist in Lagos. I need it urgently. Thanks a lot. God bless |

Its better you seek medical advice first. You can start with your gynea he can then refer you to other specialist. Why not try LASUTH. Maca is good for hormone balancing. Teey2019: 1 Like |

Hi mama’s.Congratulations to the mama’s who got their BFP. I feel my body is the biggest troll ever.Af date keeps shifting and I don’t even know when I ovulate.Funny thing is anytime I plan ovulation and bd around 28day cycle it will shift to 35 days.Anytime I say let me plan bd with 35 days it is that month it will shift to 28 days. I can’t do follicular tracking every month because the cost is 12k and we are dealing with male factor. I tried using OPK but I never got a positive maybe I don’t know how to use it. I tried tracking for two months to at least know when I ovulate but the first month was around 14days and the second one even at day 17 egg never drop. Did hormones profile and the results are good. I want to start the use of M2tone next cycle so it can help me make the ovulation days constant as I don’t have strength for everyday bd.Has anyone tried that? Imagine scheduling bd from day 12 to day 22 to cover all base and constant one so we can have plenty sperm to work with |
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by sugah: 6:18pm On Sep 15, 2020 |
urcutecrush:Bolded is one of the problems....you're starting out too late already. To truly cover the base, plan from the day after your period ends and bd everyother day Until after ovulation then you can BD every 3 days until the start of the next cycle. Problem with taking hormone balancing supplements is if you don't need it, it might disrupt your hormones. Id rather you just take prenatals like pregnacare 2 Likes |

Meeenah: Thanks for your response. She's going to refer us, I just need a second opinion. Sticking with one gynea was why it took so long getting to the root of the matter in the first place. Thank God we decided to go for a second opinion. I just wanted to know if per chance we have any papas here who has gone through treatment of high prolactin (it was my first time ever hearing that men can have high prolactin) and low testosterone, apparently it messes with sperm count, motility and morphology. Thanks once again. |

Its boils down to hormonal imbalance which has to be treated. Men also have the same hormone that women have, its only that the female reproductive hormone are much lower in men. The male hormone is the testerone which is lower in female. If testerone levels are higher in women than normal it could affect fertility. Likewise in males, if the level of femine hormones are higher in men than normal, it can also cause problems. Maca , vit E and C is good for men Teey2019: |

urcutecrush: Yes dear, opk is mostly good for mamas with regular circles. Except you have many sticks to spare best you do s3x every other day, every two days or every three days as @sugah suggested. I used opk for just two months and conceived the second month. It advised you buy a pack of 50 or 100 so you have enough to play around with and it cheaper and last longer. Do you know that you can even use opk to check for pregnancy. Opk is positive when the down line is darker or the same as the upper line (whether you are using it to check for pregnancy or ovulation). That is, the two lines has to be equally dark or the line closer to the side you deep in urine darker than the upper line. Will chat more on this later. I will also post widd God willing. Duty calls.. Work on your egg quality. Yes m2tone is good. May it work for you as it worked for others, amen. |

Meeenah: Really, thank you for your time and patience. He has been taking vit E and vit C, albeit not so religiously and he exercises and eats healthy, although we saw an improvement but the doctor just suggested a blood test out of the blue after examining his medical history. We just plan to treat his prolactin first. How can I get maca?? Thanks a lot. |

Mamas, please how many days before expected period should one stop taking B6? It's my first time taking B6 as a single dose and each time I take it, I feel my womb breathing. Has anyone experienced such? |
