Think he said we should drop our current formation for something like 352 to be able to maximize the use of players we currently have but he fears we don't have the fullbacks to stretch the widths. I pointed out that we've used the 352 successfully in the past with our current fullbacks, and I don't think anything is wrong with the 4231 we're using currently using.
