Exactly my thoughts! That why will IRCC not rate any certificate that has already been rated by WES.
I honestly feel better after getting all these positive feedbacks.

Thank you
Go and read up. The whole information is here.

Hello everyone. trust that we are all fine. I have a concern regarding reference letters. In my last application, I had an issue with some deficient reference letters that did not meet the lead statement and a substantial amount of the main main duties of the chosen NOC code. How can I solve this issue? Can I rewrite those reference letters and submit a new application with them. thanks for your input.

please I need help on this.

Hello everyone,
after adding up my HND and IELTS with my wife documents, her scores became 452.

WES just acknowledged her trancript via Ext-ng, while mine is still yet to be delivered.

Please, is this score worth trying?
and what is the next step? or we should wait for WES to evaluate her Master transcript first?.

please someone should help me with this questions

Who is the PA? How old is your wife? I believe she is younger and since she has Masters, she is better as the PA. 452 is quite low in relation to the current CRS trend but that don't mean it isn't worth trying, there are other options you can explore such as PNP or learning French to boost your score(even those at 460s are learning French). A lot of patience and tenacity is required on this journey.

And has for what to do next, you and your wife should take this time to prepare for IELTS while you wait for the outcome of your ECA.

Please which number and how did you call IRCC the number I have is not going through, Congratulations ones again

Just received my PPR.. Wow! I'm still surprised as I called IRCC just yesterday and was told my eligibility was recommended pass while my security had not been started. My AOR was on March 12 and due date Sept 12. I was thinking the Covid would have delayed the application.

I'm so grateful to God and to every single person here on Nairaland. And to all the mods who helped create fantastic page 1. That was all I read and that was what helped me submit a good application.

Thank you Nairaland.

This might be coming late, sorry.
For me, a lot of the duties under her JD fall under both NOCs. She should have been able to use either. It would also have been ok to leave it at 6235, however, the only reservation I have is that the loans aspect of the duties are not detailed. It might be easy for an inexperienced VO to look at the JD and conclude that she did not do enough of loan processing, if you get what I mean. The VO might not even attribute the term 'risk assets' to loans (this is me assuming that an inexperienced VO might actually be reviewing applications). That being said, I think she can use 6235 though, but if I am to advise, I would say she should add an LOE to buttress that part of her JD and her role in creating loans and monitoring default and repayments for customers.

Cheers.

Prettiepearlz:
Good morning everyone. Noc gurus, please we need your advice. I am asking for a friend. Her job title in the bank she works with is Relationship officer in Mortgage and stockbroking. Initially she entered the pool with 6235 (Financial sales representative) but now she intends to change it to other financial officers(1114) as she feels it aligns more with her JD than the former. Please see attached the JD for NOC 1114 and the JD listed by her HR. The HR is not willing to tweak anything as we know most banks already have their format as she even had to beg him to tweak and use words that a bit similar to the JD and not the initial letter the unit gave. Kindly advice on this as she wants to be sure that the JD the HR wrote on her reference letter is okay for her to claim NOC 1114

@Prettiepearlz I saw your follow up post talking about her going for OINP. In that case, she may be able to use 1114 but also accompanied by an LOE. I am still a little skewed towards 6235 if she can address the loans part.

Hello house. Please I need clarification on this. For a person who is on 470 and has already applied for the oinp, if the draws falls below 470 before the person receives the result of the oinp application, will the person receive an ITA? Please if yes, what happens to the pending oinp application?

nothing. You would receive 600 points more on completion of the oinp processing and get ITA in the next draw.

Thankyou for your response. Will the person receive an ITA if the draws fall far below the person's crs score pending when the oinp processing is completed?

Are you sure? Will it not look like misrepresentation? Because you aren't supposed to enter the pool until you've gotten your ECA report. What's the plausible explanation for having a wrong ECA number in the first place?

Yes, you will get ITA and your profile would no longer be available for OINP nomination. You will also need to withdraw your application from OINP.

You are still in the pool so if draw is 470 or below, you can get ITA before OINP comes through

forging number for a non existent eca is misrepresentation.
