Not all leagues are the same.

And not all second tier league are the same.

Watford has just been relegated to the Championship and they have not lost up to 2/3 players.

But in their game against Sheffield Wednesday they were held to a draw. This is literally the same Watford that beat Liverpool 3-0 and 2-0 home and away.

Tell me a team that got relegated in La Liga that was able to beat Barcelona or Real or in the Bundesliga or Seria A.

I like to support you most times when people go against you but you too Dey Bleep up

Leganes beat Barca 2 seasons ago and they have been relegated now ,even newly promoted Granada beat Barcelona last season (I am telling you about Granada just because the way you spoke about huesca as they are new in laliga )

Numancia have beaten pep Guardiola Barcelona

Hercules also beat Barcelona during 2010 and they where relegated that same season

If I am to search google there will be more ,these are the ones I remember for now

...and hey calm down, I once made same mistake here and I was corrected, so this is no insult in any way, just a simple correction.

How have you been addressing ighalo ?

That example is frankly rubbish. A few years ago under Guardiola, Barcelona at their finest featuring the likes of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta lost 2 nil to new promoted and never seen since Hercules. Hercules went on to finish 19th and were of course relegated. Barcelona as usual went on to win the league.

That said, I think the championship is stronger than segunda liga or whatever the Spanish second division is called these days, though not by much. England have called up players from the championship from time to time.

Mallorca beat Valencia and Real Madrid, who eventually won the league.

They're in segunda now.

Like we say, you don't seem to watch not know anything outside England.

Watford didn't beat Liverpool home and away either, no one did

Na this kind deluded talk keep Etebo for this his present condition. Ekong will be crazy to join the Championship from the Serie A, with the hope that they will be back to the EPL, come end of the season.

That's not what he's saying sir. He's saying that Championship is better than, is a better test of competition and and better strength than Serie A, that happens to be the number 3 rated league in Europe

Why?

They use golden players for promoting jerseys. That's why Oshoala and Fati made the 5 players that promoted Barça's. Not because they're fine looking.

Still I ask, why do you say so?

La Liga has huge disparities in quality you have Barca and Real, then Sevilla and Athletico, then a group of 5/6 teams.

The rest are struggling for quality.

Consider that the most expensive player in the Leganes team is Omeruo who cost €5 million.

If you look at the Championship maybe the bottom end in general most teams will exceed that with players costing in excess of £10 million.

So being in lower level team in a top league does not equate to being a top quality player. However, a top performing player in the Championship will exceed £20 million.

So I do not think it is a step down in some regards a step up, If he does well he will be in the EPL.

In reality it puts a question mark on his quality, after a season in Seria A his value has not increased it seems and no other club in Seria A wants him.

Hahahahaha my guy though, you are too funny! grin

'in some regards a step up' abi?

So leaving leaving Udinese, a team that has spent 25 consecutive seasons in Serie A for Watford a relegated yo-yo team that has spent more time in tier 2 than they have in the premiership over the same period is a step up?

You sabi find trouble sha...kudos
