It’s a shame you don’t know the difference between Lagos stste and Lagos Island. Lagos Island is just a single local government out of the 20 LGAS in Lagos state. FG never had anything to do with the administration of Lagos state outside the FCT. Lagos state government build Lagos state and not FG.

Don't change the direction, I did not mention Akwa-Ibom which was developed by an APC man which also has the highest federal allocation.
What is the development in Ebonyi, Enugu and Delta State in relative to the allocation received compare with Ekiti, Ondo and Kwara state which are now being developed

Ebonyi in the past 4 years have gotten more development than ondo, Ekiti and even Kwara individually even with lesser allocation.
Delta state is like Lagos, more developed but economically and otherwise than the states you listed above even though they have higher allocation. after all we can use that for Lagos too.
Check the stats of most developed states in Nigeria, Delta comes before the states you listed.
and for Enugu, we all know that it is more beautiful than all the states you listed above and more developed. note: they have almost same allocation with the aforementioned states by you.
