FG never had anything to do with the administration of Lagos state outside the FCT. Lagos state government build Lagos state and not FG.

GOA didn't deviate from any plan. There'a laid down plan for the development of Akwa Ibom somewhere. Attah, Akpabio and Udom have all contributed to the success of Akwa Ibom. Attah brought the funds, Akpabio brought awareness and Udom is leading the industrialization phase. Government is a continuum and that's what the above showed. It's why the Nigeria as a country is failing. Each new administration treats the old one as an enemy that did nothing when they should look to continue the good and go about changing the bad.

Ebonyi in the past 4 years have gotten more development than ondo, Ekiti and even Kwara individually even with lesser allocation.
Delta state is like Lagos, more developed but economically and otherwise than the states you listed above even though they have higher allocation. after all we can use that for Lagos too.
Check the stats of most developed states in Nigeria, Delta comes before the states you listed.
and for Enugu, we all know that it is more beautiful than all the states you listed above and more developed. note: they have almost same allocation with the aforementioned states by you.

Which achievements does Ebonyi had that is not being matched by Aketi in Ondo state. What are the achievement of the governors that has ruled the state compare to the states, i mentioned.
Apart from Lagos which has been led by Tinubu party(AD, AC, ACN and APC) no other states in the southwest has been led by a sole party.
