Mamas, please how many days before expected period should one stop taking B6? It's my first time taking B6 as a single dose and each time I take it, I feel my womb breathing. Has anyone experienced such?

Do not stop b6 until you test negative to pregnancy. If positive do not stop until you are on progesterone tab/injection/cream. Talk to your doctor about taking progesterone tab or injection if you get pregnant while on vitamin b6.

Also, please take vitamin b6 with a multivitamin tab or b12.

Women take b6 as a natural way to lengthen luthial phase (time after ovulation, just before another period) just to give the egg enough time to implant or give enough time for conception. Some women luthial phase is as short as 6 days. These set of women may find it hard to conceive.

You did not ovulate the month you took that test. It's after ovulation that your progesterone rises. Anything above 5 will show you ovulate that circle.
Please make sure you use a good lab and gynaecologist for any fertility issues. God bless you and yours.

That is when you do an hysteroscopy. Its done by a gynaecologist if your fibroids are inside the womb/uterus cavity. He passes a tiny camera and a knife into your womb through the vgay. Don't worry you won't feel much pain, you will be given medication to deaden your waist downward. You may even see in a TV while the fibroid is being removed.

Try use wobenzym and serrapeptase a week after the procedure to try prevent adhesion. Any operation around your womb could cause adhesion/scar tissue and this could cause further delay.
