I have eaten Ghanaian jollof (their airport and hotel jollof is rice, but those at their street joints all taste the same to me -rather too dry and gingery (no pepper) and they use basmati which I don’t like so much.
However with their “shito” (a burnt, mostly pepper sauce) it becomes so much better. Heck with that their shito even paper would taste good
