i currently have this ear problem at first it started with pain and a feeling of fullness in the ear.Then i went to the health center around me after checking i was told to buy a particular ear drop{cerumol} to remove the wax which after some days nothing changed.I went back to complain,ear wash was recommended.After the ear wash i felt better.3 days later the same ear started itching me seriously followed by pain,discharge and blockage...i was then reffered to a tertiary hospital. after obsevation they said i have a fungal infection called otomycosis.an anti fungal ear drop and a drug was prescribed for me...For days now the itchness and pain has reduced a bit but the blockage is still there
question:-do i go for another ear wash for the blockage/fullness or will it clear with time and how long...This infection is delaying my education serious and quick solution is needed

There's possibility fr blockage due to discharge but exercise patience for like 3-5days to see if the pain is completely gone then you can go for ear wash thereafter. I had similar issue 3yrs ago altough not fungi like yours but just ear blockage and discharge, after treatment with several antibiotic and ear drop, I experienced blockage which were later removed by ear wash with one small machine like that. Don't let them syringe your ear please

It took like 7days or so but after ear wash, my ear was very clearer than before because they washed both ears. And no issue with my ear ever since then

5,000 at ENT specialist hospital. I'm sure it will be cheaper at government hospital

I did ear flush with syringe water spray N1000. is this the same as yours?

is the discharge of dead skin from the ear drum, a white/yellow? the discharge from skin form solid roberry tissue that block the ear canal.
