There must have been some mix up somewhere, that's definitely not your package. Don't worry you'll be refunded. But wow to even think you actually waited 3weeks for the phone to arrive. I haven't experienced this before though so I can't say what really went wrong.

I'm so angry right now. I don't know how long it'll take them to refund my money, maybe another 3 weeks. I'll have to add some money to buy at the current price which I can't afford right now. I sold my phone yesterday to pay off the money I borrowed to get the phone.

I didn't resume school because of the phone, I'll be going to school on Monday without phone now after bragging to my niggas. so sad.

I don't think I'll ever shop with Jumia again.
